Captain William R. Bailey (a.k.a., Randy) has been a licensed Merchant Marine Officer, License #2696233, for over 20 years and has more than 30 years of experience fishing the Great Lakes. Randy’s goal is to provide a safe, comfortable, productive, and educational experience, but most importantly a fun day on the water.  He understands that there is much more to a successful charter experience than just catching fish.  Randy enjoys sharing his knowledge and experience with his customers and is happy to provide a hands on / how to type charter.

Randy has raised 5 kids, who are avid anglers to this day, and is now enjoying time on the water with his grandkids.  He finds great joy in seeing new anglers experience great lakes fishing.  Inexperienced anglers, first time Great Lakes anglers, disabled anglers and children are always welcome.
